Ed Moore is widely regarded as one of the top civil litigators in the State of Florida. He is a fellow in the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers and is a board certified civil trial lawyer as recognized by the Florida Board of Legal Specialization and Education. He is also the only Northwest Florida attorney listed in the publication Best Lawyers in America in the category of business litigation.
In addition to his trial practice, he has remained active in local and state bar functions. He was the only Northwest Florida attorney named to the Florida Supreme Court's Commission on Professionalism and was the driving force behind the creation of the Pensacola-American Inns of Court chapter. He is also a past president of the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association and a past member of the Board of Governors for the Florida Bar. In 1998, he served as special counsel to United States Senator Bob Graham in Washington, D.C.
