Doug's civil litigation practice is focused in the area of construction litigation. He represents national, regional and local construction companies in all types of litigation matters including but not limited to construction defect, lien enforcement defense and bond issues. He is admitted in both Alabama and Florida and currently handles cases in both states.
Since 2004, Doug has served as the First Judicial Circuit representative for the Florida Bar Board of Governor's Young Lawyer Division. In 2008, Florida Trend Magazine named Doug as one of its Legal Elite, Rising Stars, Up and Coming under 40.
Doug graduated from Cumberland School of Law in 2001. He earned his B.A. Degree, from Jacksonville State University in 2001.
